Listed architect Aukett Fitzroy Robinson has announced that it expects to have eliminated its debt of £1.4m when it reveals its end-of-year results

It also said it was owed £900,000 pending the sale of UK properties, which include the In and Out Club in London, a project that ran into financial trouble under developer Simon Halabi and which ended with Aukett taking court action over unpaid fees. It predicted a loss in the year to 30 September 2010 that would be half last year’s figure of £1.9m.
