The deal, which was completed last week, will see Axiom continue to be led by managing director Gary Logue, who previously worked for Arcadis before arriving at Axiom in 2011.

Axiom said its business will sit within Bellrock’s 400-strong consulting division headed by Dan Weiss.

Weiss said: “This move supports Bellrock’s strategic goal to deliver multidisciplinary, integrated, insight-led consultancy across the full property lifecycle.”

Bellrock, which was set up in 2003, has a turnover of £235m and is headquartered in London with 11 offices across the UK, employing close to 1,700 people.
