Residential developer submits planning application for 219 homes above Woolwich Crossrail station
Berkeley Homes has submitted a detailed planning application for the latest phase of its development over the Crossrail station at Woolwich.
The planning application is for Blocks C and D of Berkeley Homes’ Over Station Development (OSD) at its Royal Arsenal Riverside site. The PRP Architects-designed proposal will provide 219 homes within two blocks of 10 and 20 storeys situated within the Royal Arsenal Conservation Area.
The overall OSD scheme is positioned over the proposed Woolwich Crossrail station and will provide 592 flats over six blocks of varying heights, tenure and use.
