The shortlists for tonights’ awards feature the biggest names in the built environment
Some of the biggest names in construction and architect will be vying for the industry’s most prestigious eco-awards in London tonight.
Over 500 green professionals will be attending the 2008 Sustainability Awards at the London Hilton Hotel.
Hotly contested awards include categories for sustainable architect, consultant, developer, client, contractor and housebuilder.
There are also awards for the most sustainable building of the year, both large and small, and an award for the most sustainable development.
BBC Breakfast’s Chris Hollins will be presenting the awards alongside Building columnist and comedian Chris Addison.
Post-awards entertainment will include a selection of ‘Garden’ games such as giant Jenga and Connect 4 and live music from Your Mum.
