Consultant Rider Levett Bucknall has won a trio of contracts, including a £100m tie-up with social landlord Jephson.

The contract with Jephson is a four-year agreement, during which time Rider Levett Bucknall will have a variety of roles, including cost manager.

The programme will involve building 2,000 homes across the UK and refurbishment work.

The company has been appointed QS, planning supervisor and employer’s agent on Sheffield International Rail Freight Terminal for developer HelioSlough.

This project comprises almost 1 million ft2 of warehouse and distribution space near junction 33 of the M1.

Rider Levett Bucknall previously worked for HelioSlough on Nimbus Park near Doncaster.

The company also won work in Barbados, for Bristol-based developer Westmark. This involves project managing luxury condominium schemes.

Bucknall Austin renamed itself Rider Levett Bucknall in June after it merged with the Australian arm of Rider Hunt, and with Levett and Bailey, based in Asia-Pacific.
