Two-day conference takes place on 9-10 June featuring big industry names and expert housing advice

Buiding is launching a virtual two-day conference for housing professionals.

Housing Now will focus on the post-election landscape and the programme will feature pressing issues such as the Code for Sustainable Homes; funding, viability and planning, material selection and design quality.

The event is free to attend and will give delegates a chance to access industry experts and technology providers in the network lounge, conference auditorium and special interest areas.

Speakers and attendees will be able to access materials such as presentations, data, transcripts of discussions and videos for two months after the show.

The event is aimed at housing associations and RSLs, architects, local authorities, housebuilders, contractors and quantity surveyors.

Leading industry figures participating include Jane Briginshaw, head of design and sustainability at the HCA, Simon McWhirter, campaign director at the Great British Refurb Campaign and Chris Wilford, associate director at PRP Architects.
