One of the city centre’s biggest landowners is to build over 500 new homes
The firm, which is also behind the £400m Trinity Leeds shopping centre, is planning to build 515 build for rent flats spread across two 16-storey blocks, which has been designed by DLG Architects and will be delivered by Moda Living.
The two blocks will also house 9,000 sq ft of commercial space and the scheme will also feature, a hotel and retail space on the site next to the West Yorkshire Playhouse and Leeds City College.
Caddick Group is one of the biggest landowners in Leeds city centre.
