Scheme has been designed by Grid Architects
Canary Wharf Group’s new build-to-rent arm Vertus is launching its first development early next year.
Called 10 George Street, the development features 327 flats ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments and is one of three build-to-rent schemes launching across the estate next year.
Grid Architects designed the 37-storey building located in the developer’s emerging Wood Wharf district.
The centrepiece of Wood Wharf is a 58-storey residential tower designed by Swiss architect Herzog & de Meuron. Called One Park Drive, it will include 483 apartments and is due to finish next year.
