Capita Symonds has appointed Iolo Williams as associate of its Altrincham office .
A chartered civil engineer with more than 22 years experience in the design, construction and management of highway schemes, Iolo is formerly a project leader in the Highways Agency's major projects directorate.
Capita Symonds wants to double the size of its Altrincham operation this year, creating 30-40 new jobs and Iolo will manage its civils and geotechnical teams to support these expansion plans.
Capita Symonds Civil Engineering North director Steve Robinson said:
