Contractor Wates Construction has completed this office block on the south bank of the River Thames at London Bridge. The project, designed by GMW, involved the retention of a grade II-listed building and the creation of an entrance from the bridge, a glazed internal atrium and an additional floor. The client on the scheme was Ansbacher Holdings, QS was Currie & Brown, project manager was Roger Fiddler Project Management, structural engineer was Waterman Partnership and services engineer was Kehr & Tucker.
