Admired housing campaigner dies after long battle with illness
The Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) has announced the death of its chief executive Sarah Webb, following a period of ill health. Ms Webb passed away on 4th September.
The CIH’s council and staff members issued the following statement: “Sarah’s death is an enormous loss and we are incredibly sad. We can think of no better colleague, no better inspiration, and to many of us no better friend. It has been a privilege to work with Sarah.”
