Developer ISIS has taken the first step to regenerating the Glasgow branch of the Forth & Clyde Canal after winning planning permission for this mixed-use development.

The scheme, at Dundas Wharf to the north of the city, has been designed by architects RMJM and will house 102 residential units and 280 m2 of commercial space. The 16-storey building, the first phase of a 15-year plan to regenerate 1000 acres of derelict, will front a newly created basin.
