Housebuilder says 2006 results would be in line with expectations as average sales prices rise 4.7% to £183,700
Bovis Homes announced today it was expecting no surprises in its financial results, which would be in line with group expectations.
The statement comes ahead of its preliminary results in March for the year ended December 31.
Bovis reported that completions had increased by over 15% compared with last year and operating margin came in at 23%.
Bovis Homes’ average sales price increased 4.7% to £183,700. The group said it had also improved its forward sales position compared with the same time last year.
