Framework drawn up as part of plan by Sovereign Network Group to build 25,000 homes in next decade
Sovereign Network Group (SNG) has appointed 22 firms to its new contractor framework for affordable homes.
Those to have made the list include Wates, McLaren and Galliford Try as well as Vistry and Lovell. Others on the list include Higgins and John Graham.

The £750m programme will deliver new developments and refurbishment schemes across 12 lots in the West, South, London and East of England.
The framework aims to support the G15 member’s £10.9bn, decade-long development plan, targeting 25,000 new homes alongside wider regeneration in SNG’s areas of operation.
A tender notice was published on the government’s website in February 2025, with the programme taking effect from 1 April 2026.
Projects open for bidding were split into regional value bands for schemes with a value of up to £15m, £15m to £45m and over £45m.
