Crest Nicholson lines up £100m regeneration contract

Crest Nicholson has been chosen by the Vale of Glamorgan council as developer, subject to contract, for a £100m regeneration scheme. The Penarth Heights project includes 440 residential units on a 16-acre site on the north edge of Penarth, overlooking the marina, Cardiff Bay and the Bristol Channel. Work is expected to begin in 2006.
