Laing O’Rourke and Bechtel are on the shortlist to be the delivery partner for Crossrail, a role that could be worth up to £400m.
They are joined by:
- Legacy 3: a joint venture between Parsons Brinckerhoff, Balfour Beatty Management and Davis Langdon
- Flare: a joint venture between Flour, Arup and EC Harris
- A joint venture between Capita Symonds and NNN.
The winner will be responsible for the sections of the rail link tunnelled under central London.
Legacy 3 and Bechtel have also been shortlisted to be the programme partner that will manage the overall project. That role could be worth up to £100m.
Mouchel and Transcend, a joint venture between AECOM, Olympic delivery partner member CH2M Hill and Nichols Group, are also on the list.
