Ellis Mechanical services sues landlord for £124k

Ellis Mechanical Services is suing landlords Curzon Holdings in a £124,000 legal row.

Ellis, of Dartford in Kent, is seeking payment of a total of £124,184.01 and interest for an unpaid debt. The debt comes as a result of Curzon’s failure to honour the terms of a parent company guarantee given in March 2006, according to the High Court writ.
