The scheme will see East Anglia’s largest college increasing its capacity from 16,000 to 20,000 students.

The firm’s Norwich office will provide project management, CDM coordinator and cost management services on the project.

Stephen Brown, Davis Langdon partner, said: “We are delighted to have been appointed on this exciting project which will provide future generations of Norfolk’s young people, and those in the workforce, with world class skills and facilities.”

During the past 12 months Davis Langdon has worked with the college on the masterplan phase.

Over the next six years, the college campus will be redeveloped to make way for the college’s innovative approach to developing 21st century learning facilities.

The Norwich office has worked on a number of major projects in the city including the recent refurbishment of Norwich Theatre Royal and the renovation and refurbishment of Norwich Union’s Headquarters.
