The firm’s Bristol office will provide project management, quantity surveying, planning supervision and building surveying services over the next three years for the scheme, with an estimated £95m.

Adam Brooks, F+G's Bristol director, said: “This is the first time Royal Mail has agreed to outsource its project management and it provides an ideal opportunity for Faithful + Gould to assist Royal Mail in developing its estate in order for it to remain the market leader in postal delivery.”

The design team comprises Boyes Rees Architects, Clarke Bond and the National Design Consultancy.
