Consultant appointed on Quantum Consortium development consultant framework
Consultant Faithful + Gould has been appointed to provide a number of services to the Quantum Consortium development consultant framework.
The framework, which comprises Derwent Living, East Midlands Housing Group, Futures Housing Group and LHA-ASRA Group, will contribute to the government’s agenda to build affordable and sustainable communities.
F+G's Nottingham office will act as project manager, employers agent, purchasers agent, cost consultant, CDM co-ordinator, party wall surveyor and Code for Sustainable Homes assessors on the project.
The firm will also support each of the members of the consortium to meet their respective business plans.
Richard Clarke, regional director at Faithful+Gould, said: “This four year appointment is a significant milestone in the development of our housing and healthcare business in the East Midlands, and will provide great potential to extend our quality service delivery to both existing and new clients.”
The firm has worked in the affordable housing sector for over 25 years.
