Consultant appointed on Quantum Consortium development consultant framework

Consultant Faithful + Gould has been appointed to provide a number of services to the Quantum Consortium development consultant framework.

The framework, which comprises Derwent Living, East Midlands Housing Group, Futures Housing Group and LHA-ASRA Group, will contribute to the government’s agenda to build affordable and sustainable communities.

F+G's Nottingham office will act as project manager, employers agent, purchasers agent, cost consultant, CDM co-ordinator, party wall surveyor and Code for Sustainable Homes assessors on the project.

The firm will also support each of the members of the consortium to meet their respective business plans.

The firm has worked in the affordable housing sector for over 25 years.
