Regeneration developer First Base has submitted plans for two housing developments on English Partnerships (EP) sites in London.

The Lend Lease-backed company is developing a Glenn Howells-designed nine-storey development with 164 homes in Elephant & Castle, Southwark. It has also applied to Islington council for permission to build 128 homes in a scheme designed by John Robertson Architects and Porphyrios Associates. Both schemes are being developed as part of EP’s London Wide Initiative to speed up the provision of social, key worker and private housing.
