Architect is Mills Beaumont Leavy Channon. QS is Thomas & Adamson, structural engineer is Woolgar Hunter and M&E services are being provided by Buro Happold. A main contractor has yet to be appointed. The client is developer Dandara. It is hoped that work will start in spring and be completed by summer 2001.
