Architect Colwyn Foulkes & Partners wins planning permission for 95,000ft2 scheme.

Architect Colwyn Foulkes & Partners has obtained detailed planning permission on behalf of their client Charterfield Asset Management for a new office building at 32-36 Victoria Street, Bristol.

The proposed six storey, 95,000ft2 development is located between Temple Meads Station and the new Broadmead Shopping centre.

Consultants on the project are; Planning Consultant: CSJ. Quantity Surveyor: APS. Structural engineer: Clarke Bond.
