Architect Patrick Davies has won detailed planning consent from Tower Hamlets council for this £150m, 13-storey office in Docklands, east London.
The H-shaped scheme will provide 25,840 m2 of space in a self-contained building with clear floorplates of about 2336 m2. The structure, which will be supported at each corner rather than the central core, includes an 11-storey double atrium on the east and west faces. Structural and services engineer is Arup and quantity surveyor is EC Harris. CB Hillier Parker and Chesterton are seeking a pre-let for the scheme.
