Keep up to dateHamiltons Architects’ 35-storey tower for the centre of Birmingham has been submitted for planning.
If approved, the £160m development will replace the city’s little-loved NatWest tower and provide 26,477m2 of office space, ground-floor retail units and a rooftop restaurant. Developer British Land wants demolition to start this year, with completion expected in 2011.
