Hopkins Architects’ design for a £72m mixed-use scheme to transform a derelict goods yard next to Hastings railway station has won planning approval.

The Station Plaza scheme is part of the development programme being delivered by regeneration company Sea Space on behalf of the Hastings & Bexhill Task Force. The project team is led by Scott Wilson as project manager, with Hopkins as lead architect, supported by Bill Dunster Architects, and Gardiner & Theobald as cost consultant.
