Lovell, Henry Boot and Winckworth Sherwood have all made new appointments

Housebuilders

Affordable homebuilder Lovell has announced two senior appointments. Simon Medler is the new managing director of the company’s maintenance business, Lovell Respond. Steve Coombs is to become a regional director for the East Anglia business after seven years as regional director in London and the South-east.

Contractors

Henry Boot has appointed Jonathan James Sykes to its board as a non-executive director. Sykes is a partner with Saffrey Champness and heads the firm’s private wealth group.

Consultants

Simon Livesey has joined law firm Winckworth Sherwood from Dawsons. His senior assistant, Richard Wootton, will also join the firm. They will form part of the firm’s institutional property team.

Bill Hughes has assumed the chairmanship of the Green Property Alliance. Hughes is currently the managing director of Legal & General Property and takes over the chairmanship from Martin Moor. He previously held the position of UK head of real estate at RREEF, the real estate fund management business of Deutsche Bank.
