Architect Colwyn Foulkes & Partners has completed a £2.5m office and residential scheme at Lavender Hill, south London.

The development, for client Deep Blue Sea, comprises 20 flats and three penthouses on an floor to added to the formerly five-storey office block. There will also be a ground-floor retail space of about 2000 ft2. The project team included contractor MP Brothers, project manager and QS Barrie Tankel Partnership, structural engineer O’Connor Sokolowski Partnership and M&E engineer Chapman Bathurst.
