Architect BPTW has commenced work on the third phase of its Heathside and Lethbridge estates in Lewisham, London, to deliver a further 214 homes.
The third phase of the estate will plug into a central energy centre which is currently under construction.The three phases of the development started to date will cost a total of £75m.
Working with shared ownership developer Family Mosaic the six phases of the development will eventually deliver 1,192 units and an estate originally housing 560 units.
A total of 640 units will be for private sale funding affordable housing within the development.
