Architect Glas has won planning permission for its first job in Liverpool. The Peterhouse project, on Tithebarn Street, is part of the council's drive to regenerate the city centre through the provision of affordable and private residential units. The scheme involves the conversion of a post-war office block into apartments, with the addition of two floors and a penthouse. Client is J and K Builders.
