Morgan Sindall has been appointed to carry out work on a £47m regeneration scheme in Leicester.

The mixed-use scheme off the city’s Vaughan Way for local developer Charles Street Buildings will include two new hotels, 35,000 sq ft of office space and new public realm.

Works will be carried out alongside the regeneration of the former Leicester Central train station which will include a new car park for the hotels and offices. The developer is carrying out this work itself.

Morgan Sindall is also carrying out a £3m programme of highway improvements to Vaughan Way and Grand Central Station Street.
