Housing framework agreement spans four year period

North East Procurement is inviting tenders from contractors for a four-year housing framework agreement worth £480m.  

The framework will be split into packages covering construction only, design and construct. Lot values range from less than £1m to £10m plus.

Much of the work available will be based across the North-east of England and north Yorkshire.

New build programmes for houses, community centres and sheltered schemes will encompass most of the works available on the framework.

Refurbishment works may also be an element of those projects involving existing buildings.  

The proposed framework will be available for use by NEP members and by other partners and customers.

NEP is a not-for-profit organisation which brings together social housing providers in the region.
