Managing director of southern division Pat Feighery joins main board.

Housebuilder Linder Homes has appointed the managing director of its southern division to the main board.

Pat Feighery has been appointed to the main board of the Linden Holdings Group with effect from January 1, 2006.

He has been in his present role for just on five years having joined the company as construction director in 1995, and spent a total of 11 years with Linden and its predecessor, Amplevine.

In that time Pat has focused strongly on the development of Linden's southern region, with particular emphasis on customer service. This has meant supporting and motivating the entire Linden Homes Southern workforce to achieve its goals while ensuring that the company's objectives are always met.

"I am delighted to be joining the main board," Pat said. "It is a wonderful opportunity to contribute to the company's decision making at the highest level. However it will not distract me from our priorities here in the south, where we have just completed a highly challenging and successful year and are embarking on a number of sizeable developments from Poole to Aldershot."

Philip Davies, chief executive of Linden Homes added, "Pat has made a very significant contribution to the Group's growth over the last five years and we all look forward to his ongoing involvement in future years."
