Birmingham's £100m Mailbox development opened last month.
The mixed-use scheme includes a 180-room hotel, public square and offices for BBC Midlands. Client was Birmingham Mailbox. The contractor was Carillion and Crown House Engineering was the M&E contractor. Architect was Weedons and cost consultant was Faithful & Gould.
