The Sellar Property Group can now go ahead with both developments at London Bridge station at a cost of £400m. Demolition of office buildings is set to start later this year. The Shard will stand above the railway terminus and the smaller block above the Tube and bus stations with a piazza to the west. WSP is structural and services engineer and Davis Langdon is QS.
