Willmott Dixon’s £17m project for Sunderland Teaching primary care trust aims to become the UK’s first BREEAM “outstanding” primary care centre next month
The centre uses renewable energy from 20m2 of solar thermal panels, 300m2 of photovoltaic panels and a ground-source heat pump that will supply natural heat from the ground to the building. Work is due to complete in May 2011.
