BDP, David Grindley and KMK architects make six-strong list

The Building Research Establishment and the RIBA has announced a shortlist for the “iHub” innovation centre in Daventry.

BDP, Consarc Consulting Architects, David Grindley Architects, KMK Architects and The Space Studio have all been shortlisted for the second stage of the competition.

The winner will design an information hub and office building for the University of Northampton and Daventry District Council which will showcase energy efficient technologies.
