Caxton Hall will be built in St James’s, central London, and will be 11 storeys high, with about 8000 m2 of office accommodation. Construction has begun on site and the project is expected to be completed by summer 2006. RLF is the quantity surveyor, project manager is Büro 4 and structural engineer is Adams Kara Taylor.
