Constructionline survey finds less than a fifth of clients plan to use BIM

A survey by Constructionline found only 13% of public sector clients will mandate the use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) in the year ahead. The second Constructionline Building Index also found less than a fifth of clients plan to use the BIM on any project. Paul Morrell, chief construction adviser, told Autodesk’s BIM conference this week that the government would invest “seven figure” sums in the roll out of BIM.
