We spoke to winners of the sustainable building of the year and the 99% award for refurbishment after the ceremony last Tuesday night
Below are interviews with Ted Pilbeam, sustainability director at Fitzpatrick, which won the sustainable building of the year, and Mike Menzies and Marshall Fear, who won the 99% award for refurbishment for the Ecoterrace project in Staffordshire. Mike is director at Axis Design Architects and Marshall is Head of Regeneration and Development at Staffordshire Housing Association.
