British Land has submitted proposals for this regeneration project in Sheffield, intended to be a gateway to the city

The River Don District masterplan includes up to 1,300 homes and 1.2 million ft2 of office space, as well as leisure facilities and a park. The application for the development, which would lie south of the Meadowhall shopping centre, follows five years of consultation with Sheffield council. 1,000 jobs would be created during construction, according to British Land.
