Urban Splash has teamed up with architect Will Alsop to develop seven buildings on Walsall waterfront.

They will be designed by SMC Alsop, Shedkm and Querkraft. The project will include 154 homes, offices, shops and a 630-space car park. Urban Splash is working with the council and other agencies on the scheme.
