Consultant will target international acquisitions this year to supplement existing services
WSP is targeting international acquisitions in 2007, the consultant’s chairman David Turner will tell an AGM today.
Turner will tell the meeting that the company will continue to pursue strategic acquisitions to supplement its existing services, particularly in the international arena. He said: “The Board is optimistic that we will be able to announce additions to the Group later in the year.”
WSP said it had had a strong performance in the first quarter, and is confident of delivering further growth in line with its strategic plans.
