Atkin’s design in Indonesia will house office, retail and serviced apartments

Atkins has completed the design for a 472,120m2 mixed use development in South Jakarta, Indonesia for the client, PT Intiland Development.

TB Simatupang Development houses office, retail and serviced apartments.

It was designed to balance light and shade and to reduce energy demand by an expected 35% as well as assist in rain harvesting on the roofs, with a planned overall 25% saving on fresh water demand for the project.
