Harcourt Construction is building the 14,000m2 visitor centre in Belfast

Belfast’s £100m Titanic Visitor Centre is taking shape ahead of its opening next March.

The 14,000m2 building, which forms the centrepiece of Belfast’s £7bn Titanic Quarter development, is being built by Harcourt Construction and is designed by Eric Kuhne and Todd Architects.

Green roof manufacturer Alumasc and roofing contractor Grainger recently installed a 10,000m2 Hydrotech waterproofing system onto the centre’s roof, and its opening next year will coincide with the centenary of the Titanic’s maiden voyage from Belfast.
