Lovell Partnerships won this award last year and has demonstrated the consistency of its performance by being named in five categories in this year’s Building Homes Quality Awards and therefore claiming the affordable housing provider title.

The company is well-known for its five-year partnering agreement with Whitefriars Housing Group in Coventry, under which it is refurbishing 10,000 ex-council homes, but that is just one of a string of high-profile projects. Part of Morgan Sindall, the company reported strong financial results in February with turnover up 40% to £156m. Its forward order book then stood at a record £260m.
