Sketch of the week: Housing development, Jesmond, Newcastle upon Tyne

He says: “This concept stage sketch illustrates a new later living housing development for PegasusLife in Jesmond, Newcastle upon Tyne, which has recently obtained planning approval. The drawing represents the evolving architectural concept, which has been inspired by Victorian terraces, and shows how the scheme looks from eye level.”
