Town planner joins from Turley
Aecom has named Stephen Gleave as its new regional cities lead for Manchester.
Gleave (pictured), who joined Aecom this week, previously worked at consultant Turley.
Before joining Turley four years ago, Gleave, who is a trained town planner, led multi-disciplinary firm Taylor Young for more than 15 years.
Gleave has previously been involved in delivering a number of projects within the region, including Wigan council’s strategic regeneration framework.
Working with Deloitte, Gleave played a part in advising on the Mayoral Development Corporation for Stockport, which will provide an additional 3,500 homes in the town centre.
Aecom has around 600 people working in the Greater Manchester area.
