Four contractors will be appointed to four-year framework for decommissioning, demolition and waste streaming

The company managing Sellafield’s decommissioning process is seeking bids for a £140m framework.

Sellafield Ltd has put out a tender notice advertising a four-year framework covering decommissioning, demolition and waste streaming.

It plans to appoint up to four contractors to the four-year framework, which is expected to be in place by the end of June next year.

Tenders must be submitted by 11 December.
