Tustin Estate in Southwark was built in 1960s

Bouygues has signed up for the next phase of a scheme to revamp a 1960s housing estate in Southwark.

The work at the site near the Old Kent Road involves building 284 homes at the Tustin Estate in south London, with Bouygues having worked on the 167-home first phase.

Phase one ran across three buildings while phase two will feature four buildings and will feature a mixture of maisonettes and one, two and three bedroom flats.
